Can I purchase a ticket on the day?
You can purchase a rider ticket on the day but you will be charged an extra fee because we have to manually set you up. We do recommend to do it in advance, even if it's just the night before. Spectator and camping tickets are available at the event.
I've lost my ticket.
You do not need to present your tickets, as we will have your names at the gate.You should have received your tickets via email right after purchase. If you can't find your ticket in your emails and you were logged in to our website at the time that you bought them, you will be able to login to your account and see your order at www.tickets.openroadsrally.com.If you do not see your order confirmation, you can reach out to us and we will re-send them to you. You may check your junk or spam folder before doing so.
I need to correct some information on my ticket purchase. How can I request these changes?
You can update your registration details in your account. Please note that we are in the middle of updating the registration process so you will not have the ability to register for events at this time.
Can I give my ticket to someone else?
Giving away tickets to other people is permitted so long as you bought the ticket through us. If the ticket was given during a promotion, make sure to read the terms and conditions.You will need to contact us to transfer your ticket into another name. Name changes incur a $25 admin fee. This admin fee is to cover the time that it takes to transfer the ticket and the costs that we incur. We hope you understand.
How do I use an exchange voucher?
You will have received a code from us that you can apply at checkout. If you did not receive an exchange voucher, please reach out to us at support@openroadsrally.com.If you are having issues using your code please check the following:
