Do I need a bike licence?
Each event may have different licensing requirements, so please check the individual event page.Generally speaking, if you are planning to ride a motorcycle (except pillions) in the Navigation/GPX Challenge, you must hold a current motorcycle licence and have a registered bike. You will need to submit your licence and proof of registration.
Can I ride an unregistered bike?
At most of our events you will need to have a registered motorcycle to participate in the Navigation/GPX Challenge. Please check the individual event page for more information?
Could you clarify when the MA license is necessary? Is it mandatory solely for riding on the onsite MX track or also for the trails ride?
For this year, we have introduced the Park Pass for unlicensed riders. You may purchase a temporary MA license for $38. MA license is for those who don't have their motorcycle license and it will only allow you to ride and participate in activities on-site only. Please note, this license is not valid for riding off-site in the forest.
