We encourage participants to help minimize the environmental impact by recycling, conserving energy, respecting nature and wildlife, joining post-event cleanup efforts, and using digital communication to reduce paper usage. Your contribution in adopting these practices will greatly assist in keeping our event eco-friendly and sustainable. We encourage car pooling at the event site.
Are there common road hazards or wildlife that participants should be aware of?
The forest has many animals, especially in the morning and evening. There might also be snakes. Pay attention to what's around you and be careful.
